CEO network
Participating in a CEO network offers unique opportunities for both personal and professional development. Themed gatherings, held six times a year, give experienced leaders the chance to expand their professional network, share knowledge, and gain inspiration from others in the same position. Each gathering lasts 2.5 hours, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and rotates between different meeting locations, giving participants a varied experience.
A typical gathering begins with a 30-minute tour of the host’s workplace, which provides insight into their operations and culture. This is followed by approximately 45 minutes of professional enrichment, where participants have the opportunity to learn about current topics and trends in their industry. The professional discussion encourages mutual learning and challenging conversations, which are essential for staying up-to-date.
After a short break, the focus is on practical experiences through a case presentation from one of the participants, related to the topic of the day. This provides space for in-depth and concrete application of what has been learned, while promoting collaboration and problem-solving in a safe setting. Participating in these gatherings not only creates valuable networks, but also a platform for continuous development and innovation in the leadership role.
