Consultant Experience
Throughout my 12-year career as a consultant, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a number of renowned companies and institutions across various sectors, both public and private. I have worked with leading institutions such as Oslo Met and NTNU, and have also been a guest lecturer at the University of Stavanger on change management. I have also worked with several municipalities, including Sandnes and Sokndal.
My experience also includes working with some of Norway's largest and most important companies, such as Statnett, Archer, Equinor, Eramet Norway AS, Aker BP and Titania AS. I have also run several networks and facilitated networking events, where I have built relationships and exchanged knowledge with leading professionals and organizations. This has been a valuable part of my career and contributed to my development as a consultant.
My consulting career is based on experience from Assessit, Evan-Jones International and Deloitte, where I left as a Senior Manager. Before starting as a consultant, I spent 5 years in the HR department of Oceaneering AS.
I am proud of my career and look forward to continuing to contribute my expertise and experience in future projects and collaborations.
